In the third and fourth round of matches, one game will be bowled to determine the winner of the match. Bowlers eliminated in the same round of the finals will be placed in the standings based on their 12-game qualifying total to determine scholarship winnings.
The tournament is open to all male and female bowlers who were 21 years of age or younger as of August 1, 2018. Current or former PBA members are not permitted to bowl. Bowlers may choose to compete in either the scratch or the handicap division. In the handicap division, 80% of the difference between the bowler's average and 200 will be added to each game.
